It was released by Ed at this Saturdays release that Theresa is on her first week of maturity leave. (October 21st return?) Just in time for The Nightmare Before Christmas Pin Trading Event - October 22 Saturday last year.

California has three maternity laws that protect your job, and provide income replacement during maternity leave.
California Family Rights Act provides up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave to take care of a newborn.
California SDI provides 55% income replacement for six weeks during your recovery.
California Paid Family Leave continues you SDI replacement for another 6 weeks.

Somewhere on this Forum, I stated that she may have gotten all the popular characters out so that the DSF crew is not overwhelmed while she is gone? Lets say 4 days per character on average? That would be 21 PTD's

so 21 pins until Theresa comes back sounds right? I would assume that another order is already in place as soon as were into the 10th pin of this new run if not already submitted.

Ed stated that it takes 4 months lead time whenever a Pixar character is produced for release.
