Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
Ahhh haven't been able to get in here much :D. In case someone here was looking to get one, happy to share with y'all that I just purchased the Disney Frozen Castle from Mattel at Amazon for $60. Was hoping it would go on sale during black Friday and all... yay! can't wait for it to arrive. ( hahaha... my inner child is so happy ).

I got the 12" dolls today ❤️

My LEs came today after an excruciating two week wait. I'd be really happy, but when the drive walked up, he was carrying three dolls, not four. Turns out, my sister was always checking Anna's tracking, which listed two packages and upon looking at Elsa, it appears it was never picked up! It still says billing info received and tag printed, but that's it. Disney says they don't have it or any left and that UPS must have picked it up, and UPS claims they never got it. Her order was placed a minute after mine at 12:04. This makes no sense. So either someone got their late order filled that shouldn't have, it got lost between the warehouse and the shipper or someone stole it before it was scanned or it's still sitting on a shelf in the warehouse and someone erroneously marked it shipped. Disney offered a refund and a measly $10 coupon as the only option, but UPS has opened an investigation. We should know in a few days. My sister's concern here is getting the refund canceled since she's afraid if they do find it (and the Disney supervisor made great pains to repeat over and over that UPS NEVER DOES) that they'll ship it back to Disney and it'll be resold. They won't and are just claiming that UPS lost it even though their tracking claimed they never picked it up. They also refuse to hold any doll that might get returned, basically telling her to "try again if it is relisted". Heck, it sounds like they don't even care if she receives the doll AND her refund. Basically UPS seemed to care more than Disney did.

I can't believe so many people had problems getting these dolls delivered, even worse like you say they seem to wash their hands of it when a problem occurs. I hope the doll turns up for your sister and she gets her refund.

Exact same story here....I was very upset. She tried to give me a refund in the form of a Disney card, I told her "No, I need my money back on my card because now I have to get the doll on eBay." Grrr...

Kristen: How did your OOAK Anna turn out (that you won garret's auction with?) Pictures!!!!

I too demand photos!!

I am going to make a custom Kristoff and Anna in their outfits from the end as well. I can't wait!
It's still being worked on. :) It's taking a LOT longer than anticipated... but part of it is because I've been inspired by the Harrods version, and have decided to add extra details...like stockings and bloomers. ;) If anyone is interested and on Instagram, I posted a WIP photo there (my username: onlyonekingdom).

For those who ordered online and checked their certificate number, does the cart number on the brown shipping box match the certificate number?

Of the three LEs I've ordered online, each of them matched the box. I doubt these two will be any different :)

I know this is out of topic, and some of you are getting your dolls or having issues with yours. I do hope everything works out. If you do come across anyone who has an extra LE Elsa doll i'm really looking for her for my daughter shes (15) and really loves Elsa and Frozen. Thank you!!

Finally got my Elsa doll. She's amazing and love the cape. It reminds me of frost and snow flurries. Got #828 Also loved the movie a lot more than I originally thought and Elsa's now in my top 5 favorite princesses

Checked my Anna and her number matches. I didn't check Elsa but I might do so later. Anyone else find that the dolls came wrapped very nicely in multiple sheets of tissue paper just like a present? Seems like the Disneystore is trying to wrap them better at least. Not sure that the tissue paper really made a big change in the quality of box arrival, but it is a start. And it looks prettier and more special.

My Anna has arrived! She came very well wrapped and is a nice number too #414 (though it says #414 of 1000 on the side of the box...maybe the Europe release dolls are numbered differently?)
Looking forward to having a proper look at her when I get home from work!

thats just the box # of the Europe allotment, its not the doll number.

Ah, yes, I checked the certificate inside and the number is different  I just assumed that was the number after other peoples comments about the number matching up on the certificate and the brown outer box!

well, I've checked with UPS and it looks like I may be getting one package that weighs 4.9 pounds. I'm pretty sure with packing and all, that's the weight of ONE DOLL....ugh....

That should be LE Anna. This time around, LE Anna is in the UPS system as weighing 4.9 lbs, and LE Elsa is listed at 5.0 lbs (but the brown shipper cartons both have the same kg weight listed). Based on what you've told us about your order, it sounds like there was a jumble at the DS warehouse and they never actually sent out your LE Elsa. :( I think that happened to DRJ1828's LE Elsa that was ordered online, too.

Awesome, thanks for checking :)

Anna's LE doll is sold out; there goes my chance of owning it. As if today hasn't been bad enough

I am so excited to watch Frozen in theaters. Haven't had time because of finals but hopefully will soon after the 12th.
I keep getting spoiled for Frozen on tumblr but I don't care the movie looks so beautiful.

I recently got the LE Anna doll from the disneystore.com. She is absolutely gorgeous. I got #1523.

My Dad was really nice enough to get me the LE Elsa doll from ebay for christmas. According to the listing I am getting #999.
Will come in from the mail sometime Dec 9-14. aaah cannot wait to have her in my possession.
