Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
My LEs came today after an excruciating two week wait. I'd be really happy, but when the drive walked up, he was carrying three dolls, not four. Turns out, my sister was always checking Anna's tracking, which listed two packages and upon looking at Elsa, it appears it was never picked up! It still says billing info received and tag printed, but that's it. Disney says they don't have it or any left and that UPS must have picked it up, and UPS claims they never got it. Her order was placed a minute after mine at 12:04. This makes no sense. So either someone got their late order filled that shouldn't have, it got lost between the warehouse and the shipper or someone stole it before it was scanned or it's still sitting on a shelf in the warehouse and someone erroneously marked it shipped. Disney offered a refund and a measly $10 coupon as the only option, but UPS has opened an investigation. We should know in a few days. My sister's concern here is getting the refund canceled since she's afraid if they do find it (and the Disney supervisor made great pains to repeat over and over that UPS NEVER DOES) that they'll ship it back to Disney and it'll be resold. They won't and are just claiming that UPS lost it even though their tracking claimed they never picked it up. They also refuse to hold any doll that might get returned, basically telling her to "try again if it is relisted". Heck, it sounds like they don't even care if she receives the doll AND her refund. Basically UPS seemed to care more than Disney did.
Same here! So many awesome outfits!

It's still being worked on.I too demand photos!!
I am going to make a custom Kristoff and Anna in their outfits from the end as well. I can't wait!
I didn't check mine...are yours mismatched?
My Anna has arrived! She came very well wrapped and is a nice number too #414 (though it says #414 of 1000 on the side of the box...maybe the Europe release dolls are numbered differently?)
Looking forward to having a proper look at her when I get home from work!
thats just the box # of the Europe allotment, its not the doll number.
well, I've checked with UPS and it looks like I may be getting one package that weighs 4.9 pounds. I'm pretty sure with packing and all, that's the weight of ONE DOLL....ugh....
Checked my Anna and her number matches. I didn't check Elsa but I might do so later. Anyone else find that the dolls came wrapped very nicely in multiple sheets of tissue paper just like a present? Seems like the Disneystore is trying to wrap them better at least. Not sure that the tissue paper really made a big change in the quality of box arrival, but it is a start. And it looks prettier and more special.
