DSF/DSSH Live from Hollywood!
At least a dozen DPF. exactly 50 people showed up.

Actually 51. I didn't get a wristband, only my girlfriend got one. I have work tomorrow and can't make it to the release. But I am glad everyone in line was able to get a wristband! I'm curious how the other distributions will go. If you go later today, give us a report!

I can confirm that Mr. Toad is one of the three Beloved Tales pins. I might as well go ahead and start asking for this one as this is going on my most wanted!

debating if i should attempt to drive from LB to hollywood at lunch to try and make the 2nd wave of wristbands...each person only gets one wristband, right? i'd need to get 2, one for me and one for my bf (who wouldn't be going with me today, but would be with me tomorrow). :\

Thanks allenmay8 for posting the flyers! Ahhhh Wreck It Ralph! I was going to ask for 11/2 off, but now I don't know what to do if this is how they're doing wristbands...

um, yeah. so i can't exactly take a nearly 3-hour lunch break to drive up, wait at least an hour or more in line just to hopefully be within the 50 number, and then get a wristband, then drive back down. =( oh well.

if anyone happens to get an extra Pete's Dragon BT pin, PLEASE let me know. I only really want that one for my boyfriend's Elliott collection, that's the only thing he collects. Thanks in advance!

That's exactly what I thought you would say! lol I was surprised they did Taffyta though!

:)

Yeah Taffyta was a huge surpise! I wanted Vanellope to be the side profile of her car - u cant really see all the fun mis-matched-ness that way. And I kinda thought they would put a character on the marquee . . . and Ralph looks kinda mean in that pin. Oh and felix should have his hammer and be in his fix it pose lol. . . :0) lol .. I have lots of changes lol . . .

I hate hate hate hate HATE that all the marquees are le 500!!!

Why? I collect marquee's because I like them. The more the better, the easier I can get it the better too. No one is trading old marquee's for newer ones anyways. I just noticed an old NBC marquee is also 500. I think just because it's a marquee and they are collectible they will still be highly valued by traders. The older ones however are valued even higher. So marquee for marquee will still be difficult, but your marquee for their random LE will still pull a premium for you.

I cry a sad little tear for the awesomeness the Wreck-it-Ralph pins COULD HAVE BEEN! Those are terrible. Not a single one I was hoping for. Wrong medal, No Jane Lynch, Felix no hammer, terrible Ralph pin. Ugh, lame. Vanellope pin does not do the character justice either. She is so darn cute in the movie and yet nothing. I hope there is an opening day pin, or WDI pins or something. There has to be one of her in a tree upside down from someone.
