DSF posts them on their Facebook page (surprise ones would be on the day of release, not in advance). They wouldn't be all in the same place because as I understand it, Disney Soda Fountain is not actually part of the Disney corporation; they're just licensed.
I'm assuming the actual Disney releases (at parks and Disney pin trading stores) get published on the Official Disney Pin Trading website.

DSF & the El Capitan Theatre is part of the Disney Studio group - not Parks & Resorts (DLR/DCA, WDW...etc & WDI) or Disney Consumer Products (which includes Disney Stores and disneystore.com website).

It is pretty grose. My guess is the kids are out of school so they can use them to get more pins to make a profit and at a profit of around $35 a pin if they sell at $50 times 6...that's $210. Nice.
