Who's the lucky duck that won this Tangled ebay auction?

As I was searching through the completed listings for Tangled pins, to see how much the PODM scenes were going for, I came across this one:



That's right, the listing included
- The cast member opening day pin
- The El Capitan marquee, and the rest of the DSF pins
- The PTN pin, along with the other DLRP pins
- The DisneyStore.com pins
- and many other great pins!


The auction was set up with a starting bid of $200, or you could "Buy It Now" for $500.

It was originally listed this morning at 11:15am. Someone selected the "Buy It Now" option at 11:31am.

So it was on ebay for a total of 16 minutes. I wonder how many people actally saw it during that time, and thought "I'll come back to this later..."


Anyway, I just wanted to say congratulations to whoever purchased these awesome pins. I hope it was one of our friends on DPF! :hug:

And I also wanted to say I hope everything will be okay for the person who had to sell them. I know it would take something major to happen, before most of us would sell a collection like this. So I hope the money that she got for this auction completely takes care of the problem, and she can start building her collection back up soon! :)
 
I took a quick glance at that picture and for a minute thought "omg my sisters listed my Tangled pins on eBay!" :lol: because my cork board looked similar to that at one point.

Great buy for whoever won it!
 
Sadly it was not me. I'm too broke to buy anything. But congrats to whoever got this fabulous collection. It is stunning to say the least.

I did not win these sadly, I agree though AMAZING buy!! :) Congrats to the winner!
 
I was in the process of clicking the buy it now option and it made me log in again, so by the time I was ready to check out it had sold:(
 
Lucky them :) just out of curiousity which one of those is probally the rarest/most expensive?

If that's the DS.com 250 Rapunzel next to the DS.com Pascal, I'd hazard a guess that one. No one's trading it at the moment. That or the marquee.

Yep, I believe that is the DS.com Rapunzel, because it is bigger than the Jerry Leigh one just to the right of the DSF Pascal.

I agree... I just recently used my extra of that pin to get 7 of the PODM pins I was missing from last years set and managed to catch up for this year (I mean there were a few other pins involved but you know). Whoever bought those pins for that price got a great deal!

I find it interesting/weird that the DS rapunzel is that rare since there is two other pins that are very similar to it! I personally really love the DSF rapunzel with Flynn in the chair pin, anyone want to trade me for it? :) I have the opening day cast member one in my collection and haven't seen that on ebay, but I assume it's also pretty rare too.

Wish it was me that won these beautiful pins, ah oh well, one day I suppose!
 
It's crazy to think over the course of a year, this person that bought this for $500 now has likely over $4000+ worth of pins. Great deal they got!
